The TSA prides itself with its ability to catch anything and everything that can go onto a plane.
Which is why it’s always extremely embarrassing when they have those Dateline and 20/20 exposés where people bring everything but rocket launchers in their luggage, unbeknownst to the drooling TSA agent.
The TSA has noticed an enormous uptick in the number of guns being brought on planes:
The TSA set a record in May for the most guns seized in one week — 65 in all, 45 of them loaded and 15 with bullets in their chambers and ready to be fired. That was 30 percent more than the previous record of 50 guns, set just two weeks earlier.
So if this is the number of guns they’re catching—how many have they not caught?
While they have us essentially stripped naked and molested, more guns that you think are likely getting through.
That’s the real concern.
