First of all—you go to a concert to see the music, not try on lipstick. Go to Sephora for that.
Second of all, if they weren’t being hygienic, then that’s its own problem. But what’s a bigger problem is filing a public lawsuit that will get you a lot of publicity. No matter what sort of payout you get, nothing’s worth being known as “the woman who got herpes from Rihanna lipstick”.
