Insane Clown Posse, or ICP, is a band that wears clown makeup and does rock-rap music. One of them really looks like Guy Fieri.
Their followers, known as “Juggalos”, dress up in makeup like the band. They’re like a modern-day KISS, without weird tongues, and essentially harmless.
But the FBI, which has nothing better to do:
identifies Juggalos and Juggalettes as a ‘violent street gang’ numbering in the thousands, whose members ‘sometimes paint their faces to look like wicked clowns’ and ‘continue the dress by carrying small axes.’
It’s like these dumb bastards have never seen Halloween before.
The FBI went a step further, putting them on the 2011 Gang Threat Assessment Report alongside actual gangs.
And then they proceeded “to identify all illegal activities which may constitute a pattern of racketeering activity” amongst Juggalos.
What damning evidence did they find? An FBI Task Force conducted “drug seizures from a pair of individuals in March 2011…The reports do not indicate which drugs were confiscated, nor in what amounts.”
In other words, two Juggalos were popped for weed.
Why does the FBI receive taxpayer dollars again?
