If you thought of the ballsiest man in history, you’d probably name someone like Alexander the Great or Martin Luther or Montezuma. There are plenty of leaders who have had balls that must be the size of shotputs.
One Las Vegas man, however, had balls that reached 140lbs.
How is that even possible?
It all began when “he squashed his privates while asleep in June 2008”.
We’ve all gotten hit in the balls from time to time, so what makes this different?
His started growing. He took antibiotics, and they kept getting more and more swollen. He was diagnosed with scrotal lymphedema.
The 49-year-old man, Wesley Warren Jr. explains, “I was a prisoner to the sac.”
It eventually caused him to be homebound and the subject of a Channel 4 documentary.
Luckily a surgeon in CA fixed him up for free.
Weirdly, he asked the surgeon, “As it’s coming off my body I would like to retain the giant testicle sac. I wanted it bagged and taken home with me.”
Unluckily—he now has a 1-inch penis.
No word if he kept the sac.
So it just goes to show, no matter how big or small your dick or balls are, they could be really big and life could be terrible.
