Stoner Blake from Workaholics, who looks both on the show and in real life as if he will never not have to pay rent, just purchased a $1.17 million home from none other than MTV’s Rob Dyrdek.
Dyrdek, who recently sold not one, but three Hollywood Hills homes, ended up selling the property at a loss to Blake Anderson, who snapped it up for $230,000 less than Dyrdek bought it for just a few years ago.
The modern home is located in the exclusive Hollywood Knolls neighborhood, and was recently renovated. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and gorgeous hillside views, it’s clear that Blake is doing quite well for himself in the wake of Workaholics’ runaway success.
